The Samurai Game is a challenging, intense, and completely engaging simulation Game in which participants takes on a variety of roles that represent medieval Japanese samurai.
The Game effectively deals with personal commitment and integrity in both personal and professional life. It is to build the ability to work with others interpersonally and work on teams.
Because it is “live and unscripted” no two samurai Games are alike. Each serves to significantly deepen individual and organizational awareness and leadership effectiveness. Every game presents a series of unpredictable and fascinating examples that can reflect: the pressures of family, relationships, business, organizational dynamics and politics, professional competition and individual daily life.
The minimum pre-requisite for the Mastery Quest is the Mastery Course
