Marcus Marsden

Marcus serves as Managing Partner for both TWP and The Coach Partnership, one of the world’s most esteemed coach training schools, where he is a lead trainer for the Level 2 Newfield Coach Training program. He is an ICF-certified executive coach (PCC) and leadership trainer based in Singapore, with clients throughout Asia. His work is informed by more than 30 years of business and management experience.

Ken Ito

Ken Ito is an expert in designing training programs and developing trainers. He has specialised in experiential leadership development work for over 20 years and delivered leadership development workshops all over the world. He possesses a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counselling. Prior to focusing on training, Ken ran his own business and consultancy.

Beth Hollahan

Beth Hollahan is an ontological coaching and transformational training expert with decades of global experience.  Her favorite areas of focus are breakthrough results, leadership development, culture change and executive coaching. She creates rich, profound shifts for both her clients and, in turn, their organizations, by helping them get to the essence of their possibilities in both their personal and professional lives.  She focuses on their strengths while exploring what has held them back from powerful, sustainable change.  

Sari Marsden

Sari Marsden is an executive coach, leadership trainer and co-author of "Fit to Lead”, a groundbreaking book that emphasises the role of the body in leadership and performance. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her expertise lies in facilitating leadership development, peak performance, executive presence, somatic intelligence and wellness. She has dedicated herself to coaching for more than 15 years and specialises in working through the medium of the body to facilitate personal growth and development. Sari has worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures throughout Asia, in both corporate and personal contexts.

Gordon Sutton

Gordon Sutton is a trainer and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience working with a diverse range of companies and organizations throughout Asia. His background is in civil engineering and his own experience spans the military, and the construction industry where he held senior marketing and sales roles.

Katrina Gisbert-Tay, M.D.

Dr. Katrina Gisbert Tay is an experienced executive and integrative health coach with a passion for human behavior and development. With a psychology degree and medical background, she pursued her coaching certification with Newfield Asia, is a certified coaching supervisor, Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (USA). As the Director of Health Coaching at The Coach Partnership, she co-created the NBHWC-approved Health Coach Certification Program and heads the Corporate Wellness Department at The Works Partnership in Singapore creating corporate wellbeing programs for multinational corporations globally.

Nabil Mattar

Nabil Mattar has 15 years of experience in the financial derivatives brokerage industry. He held various regional and global director positions where he leads and coaches high performing teams in various functions. Nabil’s passion is to inspire individuals to realize their highest potential. As a meditation practitioner, he is also a firm believer in coaching individuals to be mentally resilient, to cultivate positive intelligence so that they can create a fulfilling life.

Lou Dozier

Lou is extremely passionate about being with people in a way that challenges their worldview ~ empowers them to let go of self-imposed limitations and creates a powerful opening for possibilities. She has been a Facilitator and Coach in large group settings for over 30 years and LOVES to irreverently challenge people's attitudes, assumptions, and beliefs so that there is clarity in moving forward. She has done transformational trainings all over the world and can be counted on to stand for human beings in their excellence! She has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, has been a clinical director, taught counseling courses at University of California in Sacramento, and is a co-founder of Source Point Training, a coach training company.

Nathan Troy

Nathan Troy has more than 20 years of corporate experience with 15 years of professional training and coaching experience. Born in Asia, raised and educated in the United States. Nathan has lived in cities such as: Boston, Los Angeles, Beijing, Shanghai, and Taipei. Nathan specializes in large group seminars, corporate training, coaching, and coach’s training and development. Nathan has offered professional training and coaching services to prominent clients throughout Northeast and Southeast Asia, notable clients such as: Citicorp, Unilever, Morgan Stanley, AIA Insurance Group, Dell Industry, HSBC, Standard Chartered, British Petroleum Global (BP), British American Tobacco, BNP Paribas, Phillips Lighting, Freescale Semiconductor , Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), Novorisk, Ingersoll Rand, Hong Kong Civil Government, China Light & Power (CLP), China Merchant Holdings, Langham Hospitality Group, La Prairie (Cosmetics), China Eastern Airlines, Herbalife, Lampe Berger, Shanghai Fudan University (EMBA), and Beijing Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (EMBA). Nathan is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese; also an expert in fine wines and culinary art. Nathan is a WSET Level 2 certified wine professional, and also has showed passion and knowledge for arts, history, law, psychology, sociology, philosophy, political science, and athletics. He was trained in the art of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Pancrase (MMA), and is an accomplished freestyle wrestler who was featured in the 1993 Boston Globe newspaper. Nathan was named “National Outstanding Athlete” in USA during 1992-1993 for the sport of freestyle wrestling. Nathan is married and has one son, and is currently based in both Taipei, Taiwan, and Shanghai, China.

Miranda Yen

Miranda is a Lead Trainer and Senior Coach in both of M.A.D. Group’s public and corporate divisions. Miranda has over 29 years of training experience and has trained over 9,000 students in Taiwan , Hong Kong , Malaysia , Singapore , and China from various sectors and levels in personal effectiveness, leadership, and communication. Miranda has also coached managers and executives on effective coaching and performance. With a Taiwanese background and educational exposure to western culture, Miranda is fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese, and Shanghainese, making her one of the most versatile multi lingual trainers in M.A.D. Group. Miranda is the first M.A.D. Group trainer certified to conduct The Samurai Game® invented by Mr. George Leonard. She is a grad uate of The Newfield Coach Training Program. She was certified as a Senior Professional Trainer by the China Adult Education Association in 2017. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Mary Washington in Vi rginia, USA . Before she joined the professional training & coaching industry in 1997, Miranda worked extensively in marketing and advertising, including such multi national advertising agency as Leo Burnett.

Keith Bentz

Keith Bentz is an internationally recognized Master Trainer, known for his razor-sharp insights and ability to empower people to live more authentic, purposeful, and passionate lives. After doing his undergraduate and graduate work at Stanford University, Keith taught at Stanford and Boston Universities. Since 1980, he has led experiential workshops in personal development and transformation for more than 75,000 people in countries around the world, including the US, England, Holland, Russia, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines. He has also designed and facilitated executive programs in leadership, communication and teamwork for a wide range of multinational corporations.

Carlos Fernandez

Carlos has a wide scope of experience and education which he has combined to create his executive training practice with over 35 years of experience and successful training programs spanning over 15 countries. After completing certification as an awareness trainer and later certification as an executive coach, Carlos has devoted the rest of his life to executive mentorship while simultaneously learning the variables of success from industry leaders and colleagues around the globe. Carlos has the knowledge and ability to design corporate group trainings and workshops as well as one on one executive coaching to achieve high performance leadership.
